Remote Sales Representative

Haulla, a smart waste collection service by Ecube Labs, operates in major U.S. markets such as Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver, and Chicago, with plans to expand further across North America. The company specializes in providing small and mid-sized businesses with tailored, affordable waste management solutions. Haulla is currently seeking a motivated outbound sales professional to join their team in a full-time remote capacity, working U.S. business hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, presenting quotes, and closing deals.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients, effectively qualifying and advancing leads.
- Acquire new clients consistently to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven success in outbound sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Native-level fluency in English is mandatory.
- Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (7 AM–3 PM PST / 8 PM–4 AM PKT), Monday through Friday.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer, a quiet home workspace, and a noise-cancelling headset to ensure a professional remote work environment.
