Key Responsibilities

- Answer and manage customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
- Accurately take and process taxi and private hire bookings.
- Dispatch jobs to drivers and efficiently coordinate journeys to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding pickup details, timings, locations, and specific customer requirements.
- Monitor ongoing bookings and address any changes or issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote services when appropriate.
- Follow up on inquiries and potential customers to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and encourage repeat bookings.
