We are looking for creative and detail-oriented professionals with strong visual interpretation skills to support the development of large multimodal AI systems. In this role, you will annotate and analyze videos, images, or both, capturing detailed elements like people, objects, environments, relationships, emotions, and storytelling flow. Your contributions will help train next-generation AI models to better understand and reason about visual content, enabling them to interpret scenes, motion, and context similarly to humans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze short video clips and images to identify and annotate key visual and narrative components, including subjects, settings, actions, and emotions.
- Accurately describe temporal sequences, scene transitions, and interactions within videos.
- Label complex visual cues such as mood, lighting, and spatial relationships.
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines to maintain consistency, clarity, and high data quality.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, structure, and relevance.
- Collaborate with project leads to stay aligned with evolving annotation standards and quality benchmarks.
- Contribute structured datasets that enhance AI models’ understanding of both static and dynamic visual information.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow nuanced instructions precisely.
- Comfortable using basic computer tools and managing file uploads and audio formats.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to understand context and intent in scripts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week, with final scheduling to be confirmed closer to onboarding.
- Access to a reliable desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in image or video annotation is preferred but not mandatory.

Offer Details:
- Commitment of 4 hours per day and 20 hours per week, including 4 hours overlapping with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
