Reporting Analyst PK

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support our reporting and business intelligence functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various departments to ensure accuracy and reliability. This role involves creating insightful visual dashboards and reports that help drive strategic decisions across the organization. The successful candidate will maintain and optimize reporting systems to support daily operations and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the end-to-end process of data reporting and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of business insights.

Gather & Clean Data: Collect data from multiple departments, identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure 100% data accuracy for reliable analysis.

Build Visual Dashboards: Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio (Data Studio) to visualize key metrics effectively.

Share Insights: Translate complex datasets into clear, concise presentations that inform and guide key business decisions.

Maintain Databases: Organize, update, and maintain reporting systems to ensure smooth operation and accessibility for daily business needs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role within a reputable organization.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and other contemporary data visualization and reporting tools.
