Reporting Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Reporting Executive with a strong understanding of Pakistan’s taxation and tax-related reporting requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining accurate records, and providing essential financial and tax-related information to support management decisions. This role demands strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports to support business operations.
- Maintain and update reporting records and databases to ensure data integrity.
- Develop Excel-based reports, summaries, and detailed analyses using advanced functions.
- Collect and verify data from multiple departments to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely submission of all reports in accordance with internal deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of tax-related reports and documentation in compliance with Pakistan tax laws.
- Stay updated on Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) requirements, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Withholding Tax regulations.
- Prepare and maintain withholding tax records and related reports.
- Coordinate closely with accounts and finance teams to gather tax-related data and documentation.
- Support the preparation and submission of required tax filings and information to regulatory authorities.
- Maintain comprehensive records of tax deductions, payments, and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in reports and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve them promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all company financial and tax information.
- Perform additional reporting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in reporting, accounts, finance, or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Pakistan taxation and familiarity with FBR procedures.
- Understanding of Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Withholding Tax regulations applicable in Pakistan.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reporting techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work outputs.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple reports simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience using FBR Iris or other tax-related software systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of tax return preparation and withholding tax statement compilation.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems will be considered a plus.

- Competitive salary starting from Rs50,000 per month.
- Work location is on-site, requiring physical presence.
