Required UX designer

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with a strong client-facing focus to transform client feedback into intuitive and effective user experiences. In this role, you will engage directly with clients on a daily basis, participating in calls to present your designs, gather input, and provide clear explanations of your design choices. Additionally, you will create daily Loom videos to update clients on your progress and articulate your thought process behind design decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate feedback into actionable design solutions.
- Participate in daily client meetings to present work, discuss revisions, and align on project goals.
- Produce clear, user-centered designs including wireframes, prototypes, and final user interfaces.
- Create daily video walkthroughs to communicate design progress and rationale effectively.
- Iterate rapidly based on client feedback while maintaining high design quality and usability standards.
- Work independently to manage tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of design assets.

Required Qualifications
- A university degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive UX design experience, covering research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
- Expertise in Figma or equivalent design tools, with the ability to produce polished and functional designs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with confidence in presenting and discussing design concepts with clients.
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively while iterating designs quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
