We are seeking a dedicated Research Assistant for a full-time hybrid position based in the Dera Ghazi Khan Division. This role offers flexibility with some work-from-home opportunities. The successful candidate will support research activities by collecting and analyzing data, conducting thorough literature reviews, maintaining laboratory equipment, and documenting research findings accurately. Additionally, the Research Assistant will prepare detailed reports and presentations, collaborate closely with research teams, and ensure all activities comply with established research protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and analysis of research data to support ongoing projects.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to inform research direction and methodology.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Document research processes and findings clearly and systematically.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary research teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to research protocols and ethical guidelines throughout all phases of research.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
- Proficient laboratory skills with experience in handling and maintaining research equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as a cooperative team member.
- Demonstrated research skills, including data collection and literature review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
