We are seeking a skilled quantum computing professional to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing quantum algorithms and software tailored for practical applications, conducting experiments on real quantum hardware, authoring research articles and reports, and supervising graduate students. This role requires hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms and a strong research background.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop quantum algorithms aimed at practical use cases.
- Design and implement quantum software solutions.
- Execute experiments on actual quantum hardware to validate algorithms and software.
- Write detailed research articles and technical reports to document findings.
- Provide supervision and guidance to graduate students involved in related research projects.

Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in quantum computing or a closely related discipline, or a Master’s degree accompanied by at least two years of relevant research experience.
- Proficiency in at least one quantum computing software development kit (SDK), such as Qiskit.
- Candidates must not be currently enrolled as students or engaged in any other employment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Background in machine learning is considered an advantage.
- Prior research publications in the field of quantum computing or related areas will be highly regarded.
- Competitive salary of 170,000 PKR per month.
- Immediate start date.
- On-site position based in Lahore.
