Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan research projects based on client briefs and requirements.
- Develop questionnaires and methodologies for data collection.
- Coordinate project execution, provide progress updates to clients, and liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate data processing.
- Achieve revenue targets on key accounts to meet overall team goals.
- Collaborate with other research executives and trainees throughout project stages.
- Contribute to coaching and training of trainees and junior team members.
- Analyze and interpret research results, prepare reports, and offer actionable recommendations to clients.
- Present study findings to clients clearly and effectively.
- Facilitate smooth client data collection and communicate contract or job changes promptly to the Finance Department for accurate invoicing.
- Drive innovation by improving processes, tools, or methodologies used in research tasks.

Required Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of six months’ experience in market research preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover insights from complex data.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient presentation skills to communicate findings effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is desirable.
- Computer literate with familiarity in customer servicing and market research methods, analysis, and techniques.
- Good understanding of relevant market characteristics and client needs.
