This role as a Research Analyst offers a unique opportunity to blend data analysis with client consultation from day one, with significant potential for professional growth. You will uncover the stories behind the data, helping clients decide which products to launch and influencing strategic decisions for leading global companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan research projects based on client briefs and requirements.
- Develop questionnaires and methodologies for data collection.
- Coordinate project execution, keep clients informed on progress, and liaise with other departments for data processing.
- Achieve revenue targets on key accounts to contribute to overall team goals.
- Collaborate with research executives and trainees assisting in various project stages.
- Support coaching and training initiatives for trainees and junior executives.
- Analyze and interpret research results, provide client feedback, and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Present study findings to clients clearly and effectively.
- Facilitate smooth client data collection processes and communicate contract or job changes promptly to the Finance Department for accurate invoicing.
- Drive innovation by introducing new analysis techniques, tools, or process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in Market Research is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is desirable.
- Computer literate with expertise in customer servicing, research methods, analysis, and techniques.
- Good understanding of relevant market characteristics and client needs.
