Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan research projects based on client briefs and specific needs.
- Develop questionnaires and methodologies for data collection.
- Coordinate project execution, keeping clients informed of progress and providing clear instructions to relevant departments for data collection and processing.
- Achieve revenue targets on key accounts to contribute to overall team goals.
- Collaborate with other research executives and trainees throughout various project stages.
- Support coaching and training initiatives for trainees and junior executives.
- Analyze and interpret research results, providing clients with insightful feedback, reports, and recommendations.
- Present study findings directly to clients.
- Facilitate smooth data collection from clients and communicate any contract or job changes promptly to the Finance Department for accurate invoicing.
- Drive innovation by introducing new analytical tools, processes, or methods to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least six months of experience in market research is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover meaningful insights from data.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is desirable.
- Computer literate with expertise in customer servicing, research methods, analysis, and techniques.
- Good understanding of relevant market characteristics and client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
