The role involves leading and managing research projects from inception through to completion, including proposal development, execution, data analysis, and presentation of findings. Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management:
Manage small to medium-scale research projects independently, ensuring they are completed within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop research proposals, sampling frameworks, and cost estimates in collaboration with the Research Manager. Design research instruments such as questionnaires and discussion guides that align with client goals.
Data Analysis & Insight Development:
Lead the processing, validation, and interpretation of data to extract meaningful insights. Create compelling storylines and insight-driven reports that highlight key findings and their implications for clients. Maintain analytical accuracy and strategic clarity in all deliverables. Integrate multiple data sources—including quantitative, qualitative, and secondary data—to develop comprehensive business narratives.
Client Servicing & Relationship Building:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and proactive communication. Present research findings clearly and provide actionable recommendations to clients. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through quality service and effective problem-solving.
Collaboration & Team Development:
Mentor and guide Research Executives or interns in project coordination and data analysis tasks. Work closely with operations, analytics, and data visualization teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposals and client pitches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing, though other relevant fields will be considered.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in the research industry.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated numeracy proficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with computer-based tools.
