This position is well-suited for students or recent graduates who have strong writing, analytical, and research abilities, a keen interest in current affairs, and a solid understanding of the political landscape. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Researchers to document findings, contribute to reports, and publish articles under the InsafResearch.com banner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on political, social, and current affairs topics related to Pakistan and global contexts.
- Collaborate with Senior Researchers on ongoing projects and reports to ensure accuracy and comprehensive coverage.
- Collect, verify, and document credible information from diverse and reliable sources.
- Write clear, engaging summaries, briefs, and articles based on the data gathered.
- Assist in preparing content for online publication, including articles, infographics, and policy briefs.
- Stay updated on news trends, government policies, and political movements to maintain relevance in research.
- Maintain organized records of references, sources, and draft materials for transparency and future reference.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Political Science, International Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in politics, governance, and public policy.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with senior team members.
- Familiarity with online research tools such as Google Scholar and other credible data sources.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in academic writing, blogging, or journalism is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Monthly stipend or salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience.

Compensation ranges between PKR 50,000 and 70,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.
