Reservation and OTA Executives

Pine Court Luxury Resort, Islamabad Booking Office, is looking for a skilled Reservations & OTA Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage direct booking inquiries, convert leads into confirmed reservations, and support online travel agency (OTA) operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under sales targets while maintaining a high standard of guest service.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle booking inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, website, and various online platforms.
- Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed and paid reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, room availability, and guest information.
- Manage follow-ups, quotations, payment confirmations, and booking modifications.
- Support operations on Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, and the property management system (PMS).
- Achieve individual booking conversion and sales targets consistently.
- Maintain professional communication to ensure an excellent guest booking experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills in English.
- Familiarity with hotel booking software and online reservation platforms.
- Ability to work efficiently under targets and follow structured booking procedures.
- Reliable commute to Islamabad or willingness to relocate before starting work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in hotel or resort reservations, hospitality sales, or OTA operations is preferred.
- The position is based in Islamabad, and in-person attendance is required.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs45,000 to Rs65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
