Job Title: Residential Energy Sales Manager

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

About the Role Under the leadership of the KA Manager, you will execute frontline sales and customer coverage for the residential energy storage market in Lahore and Punjab. You will drive the implementation of residential PV-plus-storage solutions through high-frequency visits to installers, dealers, and end users. Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to residential PV installers, inverter agents, and battery dealers in Lahore.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead screening and solution recommendation to order implementation.
Promote "PV + Energy Storage" solutions tailored to local needs (backup power, self-consumption).
Provide frontline support to partners regarding product selection, quotations, and installation coordination.
Collect market intelligence on pricing and competitor dynamics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above; Electrical Engineering or Marketing preferred.
3+ years of sales experience in Pakistan’s PV, energy storage, inverter, or battery industry.
At least 2 years of experience in frontline/channel sales or dealer management.
Familiar with the Lahore local market with accessible resources among installers and dealers.
English proficiency required; Urdu communication skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing resources among residential PV installers or distributors in Lahore/Punjab.
Experience selling hybrid inverters or residential energy storage systems.
Prior experience with Chinese brand energy storage products.
