Our client, Recruit AI, is seeking a Residential Interior Designer based in Islamabad to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of professional experience in residential interior design and hold a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong portfolio showcasing residential projects. The position involves both office-based design work and frequent site visits to construction locations in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, ensuring that design plans are executed accurately and on schedule. The candidate must be skilled in space planning, client presentations, and coordinating with contractors to supervise on-site implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive interior design plans, including space planning, furniture layouts, and lighting schemes that align with client requirements and budget constraints.
- Create detailed drawings and technical specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design visualization software.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations using mood boards, 3D renders, and other visual tools to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct adjacency analysis to optimize spatial relationships and flow within the residential spaces.
- Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment that complement the overall design vision and meet client preferences.
- Regularly inspect construction sites to ensure that the execution of designs adheres to approved plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to address and resolve any design-related issues during construction.
- Stay informed about new materials, finishes, textures, and emerging trends in the interior design industry through continuous research.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and ensure timely delivery of all design-related outputs according to project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their functional needs and aesthetic preferences, delivering tailored design solutions.
- Ensure all designs and implementations comply with relevant safety regulations and building codes.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of professional experience in residential interior design.
