Resource Executive – UK Healthcare Recruitment

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Resource Executive specializing in UK Healthcare Recruitment to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various healthcare roles within the UK market. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape for healthcare professionals such as Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Nurses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Source healthcare professionals using job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage the complete candidate sourcing and initial screening process.
- Recruit candidates for UK healthcare positions including Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Nurses, and other healthcare roles.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidates’ suitability based on job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates post-interview.
- Verify candidate documentation and ensure all required information is accurate and complete.
- Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets consistently.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and compliance teams to facilitate a seamless hiring process.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK healthcare recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, CV-Library, Reed, or similar channels.
- Demonstrated ability in sourcing, screening, and following up with candidates effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience recruiting Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, or Nurses specifically for the UK market is highly preferred.
