Salary: Rs.100,000+ (Based on Experience and Brand Portfolio)

Reports To: Head of Retail & Director

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Retail Expansion Manager to lead our growth across the retail landscape. You will own the strategy and execution of opening new outlets and expanding existing ones, from site identification through to launch and handover to operations. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the retail expansion strategy, including a pipeline of new outlets and the growth of existing locations
Identify, evaluate, and shortlist prime retail sites using market research, footfall analysis, demographics, and competitor mapping
Build business cases and financial projections (ROI, break-even, rental benchmarks) for each new location
Negotiate lease terms and commercial agreements with landlords, mall developers, and property agents
Manage the full outlet rollout, covering design, fit-out, licensing, permits, procurement, and vendor and contractor coordination
Oversee renovations, relocations, and upgrades of existing outlets
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth launches and staffing
Track project timelines and budgets, and report progress to senior management
Monitor outlet performance post-launch and recommend corrective actions or closures where needed
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and retail community

Requirements Must have:

Proven experience in retail expansion of both new and existing outlets for major, established brands
Track record of successfully opening multiple outlets across different cities or formats
Strong understanding of site selection, lease negotiation, and retail property markets in Pakistan

Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in retail, real estate, or business development, with at least 3 years in an expansion leadership role
Strong financial and analytical skills, including feasibility studies and P&L evaluation
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches at once
Willingness to travel across cities as required
Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools
