Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of multiple retail branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-branch retail environments, with proven expertise in driving sales, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading diverse teams. Candidates with prior experience at Imtiaz Super Store, Chase Up, Chase Value, or Hyperstar will be given top consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across multiple retail branches to ensure smooth functioning and operational excellence.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational policies, and reporting frameworks for all locations.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and meeting or exceeding business targets.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and ongoing team management, including performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock quality, availability, timely replenishment, and loss prevention measures are in place.
- Maintain store presentation, branch upkeep, customer service standards, and compliance with operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Build and maintain effective operational systems and cohesive teams to support consistent business growth across all branches.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in retail operations management, specifically handling multiple branches.
- Hands-on expertise in SOP development, sales management, recruitment, inventory control, and team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of branch operations, including maintenance, staffing, stock management, and overall operational performance.
- Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Preference will be given to candidates currently working or previously employed at Imtiaz Super Store, Chase Up, Chase Value, or Hyperstar in a Retail Operations Manager capacity.
- This is a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 200,000 to Rs. 250,000.
- The role requires in-person presence at retail locations to effectively manage branch operations.
