Resource Linked is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Salesman to join the team at the Levi's Shop located in Lucky One Mall, Karachi. This full-time position requires working six days a week in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an attractive store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide detailed and accurate product information.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
- Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Meet individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and reporting stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Keep the store clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with store leadership and team members to implement sales strategies, promotions, and special offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide relevant advice and improve service quality.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic retail environment while maintaining enthusiasm and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BA, BSc, BCom, FA, FSC, BBA, or ADP.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of retail experience.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems.
- Comprehensive product knowledge relevant to the retail sector.

- Competitive market salary ranging from Rs42,000 to Rs55,000 per month.
