Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

PetsPark is seeking a motivated Retail Salesman to join our retail store team. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of retail sales experience, preferably from well-established retail brands such as supermarkets, fashion stores, or similar customer-facing environments. This role requires engaging with customers, assisting them in selecting products, meeting sales targets, maintaining attractive product displays, and supporting daily store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide professional, friendly assistance throughout their visit.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products from our range of pet food, accessories, and other PetsPark offerings.
- Actively promote and sell products to achieve both individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and patience.
- Maintain well-organized and visually appealing product displays and shelves.
- Ensure stock levels are adequate, products are properly arranged, and replenished as needed.
- Stay informed about product details, pricing, ongoing promotions, and new arrivals.
- Encourage customers to explore additional or complementary products to enhance their purchase.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with stock counting and basic inventory management tasks.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support the retail team in daily operations and perform other assigned duties as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of six months retail sales experience, ideally in fashion retail, supermarkets, FMCG, lifestyle, or similar customer-facing sectors.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability in sales, upselling, and persuading customers effectively.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic computer skills for handling sales and inventory systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- Responsible, punctual, cooperative, and committed to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work well within a retail team setting.
