Retail Store Staff

We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Retail Store Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, managing product displays, and supporting daily store operations to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Arrange and maintain products on shelves and displays to ensure an attractive presentation.
- Support sales processes, including billing and checkout activities.
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report any shortages to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Assist with daily store operations and perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum educational qualification of Matric or Master level.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Basic understanding of retail operations is preferred but not mandatory.
