About the Role United King Foods is hiring a Retail Trainer to design and deliver training programs exclusively for UKF retail outlets, covering customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, and store operations. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training programs exclusively for United King Foods retail outlets, covering customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, and store operations.
Create a standardized, SOP-based training curriculum for each retail role (cashier, salesman, storekeeper/coordinator and branch manager).
Collaborate with Retail Operations team to identify training needs, service gaps, and staff development priorities across retail stores.
Deliver classroom, in-store (on-the-job), and virtual training sessions, including induction and refresher programs for new and existing retail staff.
Train Branch’s teams on food safety and hygiene standards, cold chain handling, FIFO/FEFO stock rotation, expiry and labeling checks, and allergen awareness.
Train Branch’s teams on POS operations, billing accuracy, cash handling, returns, promotions, and loss and wastage prevention.
Train Branch’s teams on visual merchandising, planogram compliance, shelf replenishment, and in-store product display standards.
Conduct regular Branch’s visits and service/hygiene audits to observe staff performance, provide on-the-spot coaching, and recommend improvement actions.
Coach Branch’s managers and supervisors to carry out effective on-the-job training and daily team huddles.
Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments, feedback surveys, and store performance tracking, and maintain the retail training calendar, attendance logs, and reports.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support the department’s objectives and overall business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in retail training, preferably in food retail, FMCG, or a multi-outlet environment.
Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, cold chain handling, and FIFO/FEFO.
Experience with POS systems, retail store operations, and visual merchandising standards.
Proven ability to develop SOP-based training material and deliver classroom, on-the-job, and virtual sessions.
Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills in English and Urdu.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for training reports and tracking.
Willingness to travel regularly to retail outlets.
