The Revenue Cycle Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience across the entire medical billing and revenue cycle process. The trainee will assist with patient registration, eligibility verification, charge entry, claim submission, and payment posting. Responsibilities include reviewing claims for accuracy, following up on unpaid or denied claims, and documenting all actions according to company protocols. Daily tasks involve working with billing software and EHR systems, maintaining detailed and accurate records, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. The position offers structured training and mentorship, providing exposure to the full revenue cycle and opportunities for advancement into specialized RCM functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient registration, eligibility checks, charge entry, claim submission, and payment posting.
- Review claims for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and document all communications and actions taken.
- Utilize billing software and EHR systems to manage data entry and record keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Support compliance with payer requirements and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all billing activities.
- Participate in training sessions and apply feedback to improve performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of healthcare billing concepts and eagerness to learn the full revenue cycle process including registration, eligibility, coding, claims, denials, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Proficiency with computer applications and data entry, comfortable working with EHRs, billing systems, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with close attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized workflows and checklists.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and teamwork.
