- Organize and store reports in centralized repositories such as SharePoint and OneDrive, following defined folder structures, naming standards, and retention policies.
- Verify that source reports are complete, stored correctly, and accessible to internal reviewers.
- Compare original utility, payment, and credit reports against internal systems and workbooks to identify missing values, discrepancies, and formatting errors.
- Perform data validation checks covering field completeness, date and currency formatting, identifier accuracy, and cross-file consistency according to written instructions.
- Document discrepancies clearly with supporting evidence such as screenshots, row references, report page numbers, and timestamps.
- Maintain trackers for report receipt, processing status, exceptions, and completion dates.
- Follow established SOPs, validation checklists, and documentation requirements to ensure consistent and accurate data processing.
- Provide progress updates and promptly escalate issues such as missing or delayed reports, portal download problems, corrupted files, incomplete datasets, or unclear templates.
- Handle sensitive revenue and customer-related information with professionalism and maintain strict data confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume data entry, preferably with financial, billing, revenue-related, or similar datasets.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, tables, and basic formulas such as SUM, IF, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, text-to-columns, formatting, and data standardization.
- Experience with structured data transformations, including column mapping, de-duplication, and format standardization.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring reporting cycles and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to follow detailed written SOPs and validation checklists with minimal deviation.
- Strong documentation skills, including maintaining trackers, processing notes, and audit-friendly records.
- Capability to compare source documents with system outputs, identify discrepancies, and document findings without performing financial analysis.
- Sound judgment in identifying exceptions and escalating issues appropriately.
- Basic understanding of data confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information.
- Reliable, consistent, and deadline-oriented, with the ability to meet recurring weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
