Revit Structural Modeler

Struvek specializes in engineering drafting, BIM modeling, and coordination services for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms. Primarily focused on structural building projects, the company is expanding into additional engineering disciplines. Joining Struvek means becoming part of a dynamic, young team working closely with a senior BIM lead, gaining valuable experience aligned with the standards expected by US firms.

Key Responsibilities
- Model structural elements in Revit, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and framing, based on markups and engineer sketches.
- Prepare comprehensive structural plans, sections, details, and schedules on drawing sheets.
- Apply company BIM standards, templates, families, and naming conventions consistently.
- Address and resolve review comments from the Senior Modeler promptly and accurately.
- Conduct basic model checks and coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP models as required.
- Maintain organized project files and provide daily progress updates, including reporting any blockers.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of practical Revit experience focused on structural building projects.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Revit Structure and AutoCAD software.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings (steel and concrete) and develop complete drawing sets accordingly.
- Submission of a portfolio or sample sheet set demonstrating past work is mandatory.
- Strong written English skills for clear task communication and updates.
- Availability to work on-site in Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Navisworks or basic clash detection techniques.
- Familiarity with Tekla or Revit rebar detailing is advantageous.
- Knowledge of US codes such as ACI and AISC, along with US drawing standards, is a plus.
- Exposure to Dynamo or other Revit automation tools is beneficial.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 130,000 to 150,000, commensurate with skills and portfolio quality.
