We are seeking a reliable and motivated Rider to join a reputable client in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of parcels within Dera Ghazi Khan, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and familiarity with local routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver parcels promptly and efficiently to designated locations within Dera Ghazi Khan.
- Maintain clear communication with the dispatch team and customers as needed.
- Ensure the safety and security of parcels during transit.
- Uphold a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Manage delivery documentation and report any issues or delays promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Matriculation or Intermediate.
- Valid motorcycle license and ownership of a motorcycle.
- Good knowledge of Dera Ghazi Khan routes and surrounding areas.
- Punctual, responsible, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic salary of PKR 30,000 per month.
- Fuel allowance of 1 liter per working day to support daily deliveries.
- Delivery commission of PKR 550 for every successfully delivered parcel, providing an opportunity to increase earnings.
- Additional far distance allowance of PKR 300 to compensate for longer routes.
- Work location requires in-person attendance, ensuring direct engagement with the delivery process.
