We are seeking a reliable and motivated Rider to join a reputable client in the Healthcare Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of parcels within Gujranwala, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. This is an in-person position requiring familiarity with local routes and a commitment to punctuality and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver parcels efficiently and safely to designated locations within Gujranwala.
- Maintain punctuality and a professional, customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of delivered items.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Adhere to traffic rules and safety regulations while operating a motorcycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Matriculation or Intermediate.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle license.
- Own a motorcycle in good working condition.
- Strong knowledge of Gujranwala routes and local areas.
- Demonstrated punctuality, responsibility, and a customer-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic monthly salary of PKR 30,000.
- Fuel allowance of 1 liter per working day to support transportation costs.
- Delivery commission of PKR 550 for each successfully delivered parcel, providing an opportunity to increase earnings based on performance.
- Additional far distance allowance of PKR 300 for deliveries beyond standard routes.
- Work location requires physical presence, ensuring direct involvement in daily operations.
