Rider

We are seeking a responsible, punctual, and reliable Rider to manage deliveries, collect and deliver parcels or documents, and ensure all assigned deliveries are completed safely and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Karachi routes, excellent time-management skills, and a professional attitude when interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels, documents, and other items to designated locations within the scheduled timeframe.
- Collect shipments, documents, or payments as directed by the company.
- Adhere to the daily delivery schedule and follow instructions provided by the Logistics team.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and customer acknowledgments.
- Handle company items and customer shipments with care and responsibility.
- Communicate delivery updates, delays, or any issues promptly to the relevant department.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and business partners.
- Comply with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Ensure the assigned motorcycle is kept in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Keep records of fuel expenses and other approved work-related costs.
- Submit cash, receipts, delivery confirmations, and other relevant documentation to the concerned department.
- Assist with additional logistics-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- Valid motorcycle driving license.
- Good knowledge of Karachi roads and locations.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-organized.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use a smartphone for navigation and delivery updates.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience as a rider or delivery person is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic delivery documentation and cash handling is an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs30,000.
- Work location is in-person, requiring physical presence for deliveries and collections.
