We are seeking a reliable and motivated Rider to join a reputable client in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and efficient delivery of parcels within the Okara region. This role requires a professional who is punctual, customer-oriented, and familiar with local routes to ensure smooth and successful deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver parcels promptly and safely to designated locations within Okara.
- Maintain effective communication with the dispatch team and customers as needed.
- Ensure the motorcycle is in good working condition and adhere to all traffic regulations.
- Handle delivery documentation accurately and report any issues encountered during deliveries.
- Uphold a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of Matriculation or Intermediate education.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle license.
- Own a motorcycle suitable for delivery purposes.
- Strong knowledge of Okara routes and surrounding areas.
- Demonstrated punctuality, responsibility, and a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic monthly salary of PKR 30,000.
- Fuel allowance of 1 liter per working day to support daily deliveries.
- Delivery commission of PKR 550 for each successfully delivered parcel, providing an opportunity to increase earnings based on performance.
- Additional far distance allowance of PKR 300 to compensate for longer delivery routes.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
