RMA Repairing Officer

NETPAC is seeking a skilled and experienced RMA Repairing Officer to join our RMA & Technical Department at our Hafeez Center location in Gulberg III, Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a technically proficient individual with a strong background in repairing and troubleshooting networking and electronic equipment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing returned products, diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring quality control before products are dispatched back to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and thoroughly inspect products returned under the RMA process.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and technical faults efficiently.
- Repair and test networking and electronic equipment, ensuring all repairs meet quality standards.
- Perform component-level troubleshooting and replace parts as necessary.
- Test repaired products to verify proper functionality prior to return.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all received, repaired, and dispatched RMA products.
- Coordinate effectively with Technical, Sales, and other relevant departments to resolve RMA cases.
- Ensure timely completion of RMA cases within the required turnaround time.
- Maintain repair tools, equipment, and the work area in an organized and safe manner.
- Identify recurring technical issues and report findings to the appropriate department for further action.

Required Qualifications
- DAE or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related technical field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in RMA, repair, and technical troubleshooting.
- Proven hands-on repair and troubleshooting experience with networking equipment is mandatory.
- Practical experience with CCTV equipment, power supplies, electronic components, and related IT equipment is required.
- Strong knowledge of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good understanding of electronic components and basic circuitry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work collaboratively across departments.

Compensation and Work Environment
This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000. The role requires working on-site at the Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore. Candidates will benefit from a dynamic work environment where technical expertise and attention to detail are highly valued.
