We are seeking a dedicated and experienced medical professional to join our hospital team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supervising and managing patient care for both in-patients and out-patients, ensuring seamless and effective medical treatment. This position requires a proactive approach to emergency situations, collaboration with consultants, and active participation in daily hospital operations to maintain high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise patients visiting the hospital for treatment, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free medical experience for both in-patients and out-patients.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and assist consultants in providing life support when necessary.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and make accurate diagnoses to guide patient treatment plans.
- Regularly review and adjust patients’ diets based on their response to prescribed medications and ongoing treatments.
- Oversee the general supervision of hospital operations to maintain efficiency and quality of care.
- Collaborate with other Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) to provide continuous, around-the-clock medical services to patients.
- Assess urgent admissions in situations where the consultant on duty is unavailable, ensuring timely and appropriate patient care.
- Attend casualty calls and provide immediate medical attention as required.
- Perform daily ward rounds to monitor patient progress and coordinate care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, Group D employees, and interns, fostering a supportive and educational environment within the hospital.

Required Qualifications

- Medical degree with relevant clinical experience in hospital settings.
- Proven ability to manage both emergency and routine patient care effectively.
- Strong diagnostic skills and experience in conducting medical examinations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical consultants and hospital staff.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior medical and support staff.
- Capacity to handle urgent admissions and provide life support in emergency situations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working as a Resident Medical Officer or in a similar supervisory role within a hospital.
- Familiarity with hospital administration and patient care protocols.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs65,000.
