We are seeking a dedicated and skilled medical professional to provide continuous care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions closely, managing life-support systems, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to respond promptly to changes in patient status, and a commitment to maintaining accurate medical documentation. The position involves working in-person during assigned shifts, including night hours, to support the ICU team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU during assigned shifts.
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and clinical progress, promptly identifying and responding to any changes.
- Assist in managing life-support systems such as ventilators and other monitoring equipment.
- Perform necessary clinical procedures, including insertion of IV lines, arterial lines, and supporting intubation.
- Collaborate closely with ICU consultants, nursing staff, and other multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient management.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records and documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
- Participate actively in handovers, case discussions, and emergency response situations to maintain continuity of care.

Required Qualifications:
- MBBS or an equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical and Dental Council) license.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in a Critical Care Unit or ICU setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills essential for managing critically ill patients.
- Ability to work independently, particularly during night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
