Robotics Instructor

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable STEM Instructor with expertise in block programming, Scratch, Robotics, and Arduino to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that inspire students and enhance their skills in these areas. This role involves fostering creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities through hands-on projects and interactive sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver curriculum modules focused on block programming, Scratch, Robotics, and Arduino.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions and workshops that encourage student participation and learning.
- Guide students in understanding coding principles and developing logical thinking skills.
- Foster creativity and innovation by assigning projects and challenges.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Organize and maintain all necessary equipment and materials for practical sessions.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in STEM education.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and achievements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Robotics, Arduino, IoT, LEGO kits, and STEAM-based activities and projects.
- Specialization in block programming, Scratch, Robotics, and Arduino.
- Previous teaching experience in STEM and Robotics subjects is essential.
- Proficiency in block-based programming languages and Arduino platforms.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively engage students.
- Creativity and adaptability in teaching methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address student challenges and technical issues.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- A genuine passion for STEM education and inspiring young learners.
