Key Responsibilities

As a Robotics Trainer, you will conduct practical robotics sessions for students, guiding them through the processes of building, programming, and testing robotic systems within an on-site environment in the Karachi Division. Your daily tasks will include preparing lesson plans, developing learning materials, and creating demonstration projects that align with GleeGather’s activity-based STEM curriculum. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining robotics equipment, supervising student projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the safe and effective use of all tools and systems. Collaboration with academic coordinators and school staff is essential to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and continuously enhance program delivery. This internship role requires a consistent on-campus presence and active engagement with learners in both classroom and laboratory settings.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have hands-on skills in robotics, including basic programming, configuration, and the ability to demonstrate robotic systems effectively in a classroom setting. Experience with robotic welding and the application of robots in manufacturing or technical projects is essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of robotics equipment and related classroom hardware is required. A strong passion for STEM education and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly to school-age learners is important. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with educators and students. The candidate must be able to work on-site within the Karachi Division, manage multiple student groups simultaneously, and maintain a safe learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Preferred candidates will have completed coursework or gained practical experience in robotics, mechatronics, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
