Rotating Site Supervisor

As a Rotating Site Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the maintenance team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities related to rotating equipment. Your role will involve ensuring that all maintenance operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with site requirements. You will monitor daily work progress, support the maintenance team in meeting operational goals, and contribute to the overall reliability and smooth functioning of site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities focused on rotating equipment at the site.
- Ensure maintenance operations are executed properly and comply with site standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor work progress closely and provide regular reports on site activities to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance team to achieve operational objectives, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
- Contribute to maintaining the reliability and smooth running of site operations through effective supervision and coordination.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Between 5 to 10 years of experience in supervising rotating equipment maintenance.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in shutdowns is preferred, especially for roles focused on turnaround activities.
