We are looking for a motivated and skilled RPA Developer with strong expertise in UiPath to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation solutions that enhance business processes and boost operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to creating automation workflows and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective RPA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath applications.
- Analyze and document existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Prepare detailed technical design documents (TDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
- Develop, test, and debug RPA workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business operations teams to gather requirements and define the scope of automation projects.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor and maintain deployed RPA processes, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to existing RPA solutions.
- Follow RPA development standards, guidelines, and security protocols.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented automations.
- Stay current with the latest UiPath features and trends in the RPA industry.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an RPA Developer with strong proficiency in UiPath. UiPath Certified RPA Developer (UiPath-CRAD) certification is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
- Solid understanding of RPA best practices, methodologies, and architectural concepts.
- Experience with various UiPath activities such as data manipulation, UI automation, email automation, and API integration.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Python) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git is desirable.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
