S3 Assistant Manager

We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee and enhance the performance of Suzuki Used Cars at dealership locations. The role involves certifying and evaluating used vehicles according to established standards, monitoring dealership achievements against set targets, and supporting the attainment of monthly key performance indicators. This position requires close coordination with dealerships and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of regional events and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will focus on improving operational efficiency, expanding business through activation of new and inactive dealerships, and driving sales through exchange and financing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Certify and evaluate Suzuki Used Cars at dealerships based on defined criteria to ensure quality and compliance.
- Monitor dealership performance against Exchange, Certified Used Car (CUC), and target (TGT) goals, supporting efforts to meet monthly KPIs.
- Coordinate with dealerships and external vendors to successfully execute regional events and gala functions.
- Manage dealer performance and maintain certified used-car availability across digital platforms.
- Implement standardized processes and parameters aimed at improving operational efficiency within the Used Car segment.
- Promote Exchange and car financing initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Activate both new and inactive dealerships to expand the Exchange and Used Car business footprint.
- Conduct training sessions for Used Car Managers and Salespersons to enhance their skills and dealership capabilities.
- Implement and monitor Exchange enquiry management systems to maximize lead generation and ensure timely follow-up.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Key-to-Key transactions, invoicing, and related documentation.
- Drive activation of social media and digital platforms to generate customer leads and increase visibility.
- Maintain effective coordination with active dealerships to ensure consistent operational performance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in automotive sales, dealership management, or a related field.
