We are looking for an experienced Sage Intacct Dashboard and Reporting Specialist with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in reporting and analytics, specifically with Sage Intacct (2026 R3 or earlier). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive reporting solutions across finance, operations, sales, and other departments for a US-based client. This role requires translating departmental needs into Sage Intacct Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer views, and dimension-driven reports. The position involves working US Central Time hours and acting as the primary reporting lead and client contact.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reports within Sage Intacct, including Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer, and Financial Report Writer, managing the process from requirements gathering to rollout and user adoption.
- Provide reporting support across all organizational functions, not limited to finance, tailoring reports such as P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and budget vs actual to the relevant audiences.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with department heads and process owners, interviewing stakeholders to define key metrics and critically assess reporting requests.
- Manage the Sage Intacct reporting foundation, including dimension structures (entity, department, location, class, project, customer, vendor), chart of accounts, and account groups, ensuring consolidated views reconcile with the general ledger.
- Automate report delivery and monitoring through scheduled runs, dashboard subscriptions, and Smart Events/alerts to minimize manual intervention.
- Serve as the day-to-day reporting lead and primary contact for the US client, presenting dashboards, conducting review meetings, and managing change requests during US Central Time Zone hours.
- Extend reporting capabilities beyond Sage Intacct using Excel, Sage Intacct Web Services API, or Power BI to integrate Sage data with other sources.
- Establish and maintain reporting standards, data validation procedures, user training, and documentation, continuously improving report accuracy, performance, and usability.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 10 years of direct experience in reporting and analytics, with senior-level responsibility for end-to-end reporting solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Sage Intacct reporting tools (2026 R3 or earlier), including Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer, Financial Report Writer, account groups, computations, and report filters.
- Strong understanding of the Sage Intacct dimension model and experience with multi-entity and consolidated reporting.
- Background in business analysis or finance/accounting, with the ability to gather requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and translate business needs into reporting specifications. Financial literacy and experience working with non-finance departments are essential.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with US clients, both verbally and in writing, including presenting to senior stakeholders in a professional, client-facing manner.
- Advanced skills in Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or Sage Intacct Web Services API is a strong advantage but secondary to Sage Intacct expertise.
- Availability to start immediately or to work part-time during a notice period before transitioning to full-time.
- Willingness and ability to work US Central Time Zone hours consistently.
- Ability to provide a police character certificate and clear pre-employment background and reference checks, as the role involves access to sensitive US client financial data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Sage Intacct certification, Microsoft PL-300, or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CA, CMA – including part-qualified) are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Lahore-based candidates are preferred, though fully remote candidates within Pakistan with exceptional Sage Intacct expertise will be considered.
- This is a full-time position with working hours aligned to US Central Time (8 AM–5 PM CT).
- Salary ranges from USD 700 to 1,600 per month, depending on experience.
- Payment is currently made in USD outside of the Pakistan entity, with no tax deductions applied at this time.
- The interview process includes 2 to 3 rounds, with the final round conducted directly by the US client or manager.
- Notice period up to 15 days is acceptable, but earlier joining is preferred. Part-time engagement during notice is possible before full-time commencement.
- Appointment is contingent upon satisfactory police character certificate, identity verification, qualification checks, and professional reference validation.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead reporting initiatives for a US client using Sage Intacct, with a focus on delivering high-quality, actionable insights across multiple business functions.
