We are looking for an experienced Sage Intacct Dashboard and Reporting Specialist with 5 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in reporting and analytics, specifically with Sage Intacct (2026 R3 or earlier). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive reporting solutions across finance, operations, sales, and other departments for a US-based client. This role requires translating departmental needs into Sage Intacct Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer views, and dimension-driven reports. The specialist will serve as the primary reporting lead and client contact, working US Central Time hours. While Power BI and Excel skills are valuable for extended analytics, the core focus remains on native Sage Intacct reporting. Preference will be given to candidates based in Lahore, though remote work within Pakistan is possible for the right individual. Immediate availability is highly desirable, with flexibility to start part-time during any notice period.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reports natively within Sage Intacct, including Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer, and Financial Report Writer, from requirements gathering through rollout and adoption.
- Deliver tailored reporting across all organizational functions, including operational, sales, and departmental reporting alongside financial statements such as P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and budget vs. actual.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with department heads and process owners, interviewing stakeholders to define meaningful metrics and challenge impractical requests.
- Manage the Sage Intacct reporting foundation, including dimension structures (entity, department, location, class, project, customer, vendor), chart of accounts, and account groups to ensure accurate entity-level and consolidated reporting.
- Automate report delivery and monitoring through scheduled runs, dashboard subscriptions, and Smart Events/alerts to minimize manual intervention.
- Act as the day-to-day reporting lead and primary point of contact for the US client, presenting dashboards, facilitating review calls, and managing change requests during US Central Time hours.
- Extend reporting capabilities beyond Sage Intacct using Excel, Sage Intacct Web Services API, or Power BI to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Establish and maintain reporting standards, data validation procedures, user training, and documentation to continuously improve report accuracy, performance, and usability.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in reporting and analytics, with senior-level ownership of end-to-end reporting solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Sage Intacct reporting tools (2026 R3 or earlier), including Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer, Financial Report Writer, account groups, computations, and filters.
- Strong understanding of the Sage Intacct dimension model (entity, department, location, class, project, customer, vendor) and experience with multi-entity and consolidated reporting.
- Background in business analysis (requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews) or finance/accounting (month-end close, financial statements, management reporting), with financial literacy and ability to engage non-finance departments.
- Proven experience communicating directly with US clients, both written and verbal, with excellent English language skills and a professional client-facing demeanor.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or Sage Intacct Web Services API is a plus but secondary to Sage Intacct expertise.
- Availability to work full-time on US Central Time Zone hours (approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT).
- Willingness to provide a police character certificate and undergo pre-employment background and reference checks, as the role involves access to sensitive financial data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Sage Intacct, Microsoft PL-300, or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CA, CMA – including part-qualified) are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Lahore-based candidates are preferred, though fully remote work within Pakistan may be considered for exceptional candidates.
- Immediate start is strongly preferred; candidates serving notice may join part-time during the notice period and transition to full-time upon completion.
- Salary ranges from USD 700 to 1,600 per month, depending on experience, paid in USD without tax deduction through the Pakistan entity.
- Full-time position aligned with US Central Time working hours, including a 1-hour dinner break and two 15-minute breaks.
- Appointment is contingent upon satisfactory police character certificate, identity verification, qualification checks, and professional references.

Work Location: Remote within Pakistan, aligned to US Central Time Zone hours.
