PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident Sales Closing Expert to join their team full-time on-site in Rawalpindi. This position operates during night shifts and is best suited for candidates with prior BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and are motivated to develop a strong career within the BPO industry. The role offers a competitive salary package with uncapped performance-based bonuses and is based at Rania Mall, Saddar, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Professionally confirm client information and details related to devices or services.
- Ensure all required documentation and call recordings meet quality and compliance requirements.
- Identify any discrepancies or issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of verified sales transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams to streamline processes.
- Adhere strictly to company compliance policies and procedures.
- Achieve daily and weekly verification targets consistently.
- Be available to work overtime or attend additional training sessions for performance improvement or if targets are not met.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO experience as a verifier on any campaign is mandatory.
- Excellent command of English with strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and errors.
- Professional demeanor with effective customer handling capabilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
