Sale Executive(Real Estate)

We are seeking a motivated and professional female Real Estate Executive to join our Project Sales team based in Bahria Town Phase 8, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in real estate or project sales and possess the confidence and communication skills necessary to thrive in a dynamic sales environment. This is a full-time, in-person position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential clients to promote and sell real estate projects.
- Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Provide detailed information about project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Coordinate site visits and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
- Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate sales or project sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with the Bahria Town Phase 8 real estate market is a plus.
