Key Responsibilities
The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing daily sales activities at the Rawalpindi outlet. This includes engaging directly with customers to present products, answer queries, and ensure a positive buying experience. Handling cash and POS transactions accurately is a critical part of the role, along with maintaining attractive product displays and monitoring stock levels on the sales floor. The Sales Officer will be expected to meet sales targets consistently, record sales data meticulously, and prepare basic sales reports.

Coordination with store and kitchen teams is essential to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role also involves supporting promotional activities, collecting and relaying customer feedback, and helping maintain hygiene and quality standards within the outlet. Attention to detail in upholding visual merchandising and cleanliness is important to reflect the brand’s commitment to quality.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person. Basic sales and negotiation skills are necessary, including the capability to ethically promote products and close sales. Competence in handling cash and POS systems, along with maintaining accurate sales records, is required.

Organizational skills and effective time management are essential to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently. The candidate must be able to work on-site in Rawalpindi and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. A minimum education level of secondary school is required.
