Sale Representative (Construction Estimation Compaign)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Estimation Campaign team, based onsite at I8 Markaz, Islamabad. This is a full-time position working night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with international clients, and driving sales growth by offering tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and various online platforms
- Present and pitch services effectively to international clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth client onboarding

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B or BPO sales; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
- Must be located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working night shifts and onsite at the office
