Closet Bridal Wear is looking for a professional, friendly, and motivated salesperson to join their team at the showroom. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting customers with selecting bridal dresses while providing outstanding customer service. This position requires a genuine passion for bridal fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients. The role is based on-site, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic bridal retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and guide them in choosing the perfect bridal dress.
- Provide detailed explanations about bridal dress designs, fabrics, embroidery, pricing, and available styles.
- Listen to customers’ preferences and recommend bridal outfits that best suit their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Assist brides during dress trials, fittings, and final selections to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain an attractive, organized, and visually appealing display of bridal dresses within the showroom.
- Keep the showroom clean and tidy at all times.
- Follow up with clients regarding their orders, fittings, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth service.
- Accurately maintain sales records and consistently work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Previous sales experience, preferably within bridal wear or the fashion industry.
- Pleasant personality, confidence, and a professional demeanor.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while achieving individual sales goals.
