Sales Accountant

The Sales Accountant position is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales-related accounting functions, including recording and reconciling sales transactions, preparing customer invoices, and monitoring accounts receivable. Daily tasks involve preparing and reviewing financial statements related to sales, analyzing sales data to support business decisions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role requires close collaboration with sales and finance teams to maintain accurate records using accounting software, assist with periodic audits, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile all sales transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements related to sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to maintain up-to-date records in accounting software.
- Support periodic internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Required Qualifications:
