Sales Advisor

Sonraj and its associate companies, Collectibles and Maison Sonraj, are renowned for representing a prestigious range of international watch, fragrance, and eyewear brands in Pakistan. We are currently seeking smart, educated, and confident individuals to join our retail teams as Luxury Client Advisors. This role demands excellent spoken and written English, refined personal presentation, and a genuine appreciation for luxury products. Candidates should possess cultural awareness, an international outlook, and a strong understanding of evolving client expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing personalized service that reflects the luxury brand experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across watches, fragrances, and eyewear to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the luxury market to anticipate and meet client needs.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance that aligns with the brand’s image.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive retail environment.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
