Sales Agent

ASR BPO is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Agent to join our onsite sales team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This role focuses on expanding our business presence in the Middle East and US markets by engaging with international clients through outbound B2B sales calls. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and passionate about driving sales growth in the BPO and Odoo services sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospects located in the Middle East and US regions.
- Promote ASR BPO’s range of BPO and Odoo services to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to research and identify promising prospects.
- Manage leads and sales activities efficiently using CRM tools.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in the BPO industry is essential.
- Previous experience in sales or cold-calling is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
- A confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
