Sales Agent

Plyxio is seeking motivated remote Sales Agents to promote and sell its software products to businesses across Pakistan. This role involves identifying potential customers, engaging with them through various communication channels, and converting these interactions into paid subscriptions. Comprehensive product training will be provided, so no prior technical knowledge is necessary. The position offers the flexibility of working remotely with set hours from Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach businesses and decision makers using phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of Plyxio’s software solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and provide clear, persuasive responses to facilitate sales.
- Manage and organize leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines efficiently to maximize conversion rates.
- Close subscriptions and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
- Utilize provided lead-finding tools and company resources, including a dedicated phone number for sales communications.

Required Qualifications
- Strong command of both spoken and written Urdu and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Confidence and persuasiveness in engaging with business owners and decision makers.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
- Access to reliable internet, a smartphone, and a laptop or computer to perform remote work effectively.
- Ability to work remotely from any location within Pakistan.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS products, or related sales roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Commission-based earnings with an option for a salary, details of which will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
