Sales Agent

MARS BPO is looking for motivated Call Center Executives to join an in-house HVAC campaign focused on generating qualified leads through outbound calls to customers in the U.S. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, confidence, and a professional attitude to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based customers to promote HVAC services
- Professionally engage with customers to identify and qualify potential leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer information
- Consistently meet daily and weekly lead generation targets

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication and listening skills
- Minimum education level of Intermediate
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM
